Electric typewriter (DA4)

First generation Adler electric typewriter, from the early 80s. Plugged into test, and the tight writer works, however I discovered that the ribbon needed to be opened up and fixed, and whilst that was happening and the typewriter turned off there was a pop noise. I think it’s because the item is got dust in it and this may have caused a short circuit. So I cannot guarantee that the machine is working, however probably wouldn’t be too difficult to fix it and if you’re a collector of these types of things I’d rather go to you then be thrown into landfill.
