Large silver number balloons 2 3 and 0 (Chislehurst BR7)

Three large silver number balloons with ribbon and weights, each bought for £15 at card factory. Seems a waste to throw them. Numbers: 2, 3 and zero available. Will need partial re inflation, can be done with air or helium.
