Microchip scanner (Roundhill Brighton)

Hi can anyone lend me a microchip scanner for cats so I can find out their chip number without a traumatic trip to the vets - just got my 2 new floofs and they don’t like travelling! I could return it quickly. I need the number to transfer ownership - much appreciated thanks 🙏 (scared to let them outside without updating and they’re getting antsy to explore!) x
