Electric Awning 380cm with remote (Royston SG8)

Recipient must have ability to carefully remove 3 x wall fixings (leaving me no gaping holes) and transport this large and heavy canopy. The canopy came with my house, but the fixings are not secure, so it is dangerous for me and I don't need it. Video of it opening was taken but I can't post it here. I am told it will require three people to remove, two to hold the near four meter heavy awning (on ladders) while a third unbolts from the wall.
