Turf / grass (Tooting SW17)

Hello everyone ,i wonderd if you could help me ? We have just moved house and the garden is so bad its in desperate need of a lawn . We have a little dog who would benifit more than any of us as the garden is more like wimbledon common with thorns in ,sorry to ask but i would be most greatful if anyone could help?
