Rag-rug crafting items (Chester-le-Street DH3)

All to go together please -

* Book about making rag rugs
* Rug hook - bought new (many years ago) from a craft shop
* Rotary cutter for cutting strips of material
* Craft frame - I got this from a charity shop some time after I got the book about rag-rugging; never been 100% sure that it is a frame meant for rag-rugging or if I was using it right, but looks very similar to frames pictured in the book
* Couple of pieces of hessian backing - one of which has felt-tip markings and single line of material hooked into it
