Bike tyre 28" (Fulwood PR2)

Hi. Perhaps a long shot but I'm looking for either one or 2 wheels for a hybrid bike. It's a large wheel. The current one which has split is 700 x 40c 42-622 (whatever that means) so, according to an old tube box it'll be 28x1,60.
