Birdcage/display cabinet (Emerson MK4)

Dusty from storage but really a very lovely piece of furniture. It could perhaps do with a freshen-up? Apart from the obvious dust and dirt it is supposed to look a bit shabby.

It’s wooden with a brass/metal caged top with birdie hook for hanging (it was never hung so cannot vouch for the integrity of that part)
