Cycling helmet and accessories (Aggborough DY10)

I am looking for cycling helmets suitable for a 15 year old boy and 10 year old girl. They are for a local family in need that I support, and will help the children get to and from school safely. Also in search of bike locks, covers and lights for their bikes. Thanks for reading.
