Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner (North City NR3)

Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner liquid. Posting for a friend, found in their shed, so don't know much about it. One bottle is around half full, and the other has around 3cm of liquid in it. Biodegradable, fresh smelling, blue liquid. Instructions are on outside of bottles. Instructions say liquid should be diluted, one part cleaner to 50 parts hot water, so it should clean a decent amount of carpet & upholstery.
