laminate wood-effect flooring (and new underlay) (St Leonards TN38)

This flooring has been taken up from our dining room after decorating - so it is in a used condition with some paint/plaster splashes but they would all clean off. Suitable for a workshop/shed/utility area?

There are 8 full size panels (40x 119cm)
And then some partial panels:

The underlay is brand new, but is not enough for all of the flooring - plenty for a cupboard / small shed / laundry room

Take it all or as much as you want.
