Small drop leaf table (Northern general S5)

Hi does anybody have a small drop leaf table to gift to our ward at Northern general hospital please. Something that folds away fairly small and against the wall. One with fold away/ hide away chairs would be perfect but others also considered. Something similar to the picture would be perfect. Thank you
