Men clothes -size medium (Beaumaris LL58)

Big wardrobe clear out for husband. There are ten shirts 14.5 to 15 inch collar. Over half have collars going but so much other good fabric and buttons (someone making patchwork?). Other 40%+ of shirts still decent and wearable. There is a dark green M and S sweatshirt and black Peter Storm rain jacket in fair condition. Plus 3 very battered but still warm sweaters (gardening/DIY?). Can anyone make use of all or any of this? Or anyone have any advice on how to recycle stuff not wanted by anyone? (the council here do not take textiles any more). Thank you.
