Angled desk lamp, needs fixing (Eastbourne BN21)

Old and a bit tatty, the spring has gone so it doesn't reliably stay upright and the bit the bulb screws into is loose. Takes a bayonet bulb. Very heavy base. I figure it could be fixed if you know what you're doing. Collect from old town.
