electric guitar and amplifier with headphone slot (Settle BD24)

I appreciate it's a long shot - my accommodation has very poor soundproofing and I would love to learn to play the guitar better. I have an acoustic guitar but don't play it as the noise would disturb my neighbours. If anyone has an electric guitar and amplifier they no longer want I can provide a good home. Many thanks.
