Building materials (Sand Springs area, 30mi radius)

Hi! I'm always in the look out to find anything to make tiny house for the needy & homeless, mostly for single moms w/small children. Primarily useable or gently used lumber (love repurposing) & small sinks, shower pan, CLEAN toilets, small furniture, electric wire, insulation, water heater, fans w/lights, small windows that open, PAINT, etc. I don't resell any donations...I give them away if not used . Any advice is welcome! Ty!
