Gorgeous umbrella plant. Warning: has bugs (St Andrew's BS7)

Free to a plant person confident to deal with these little bugs which I think may be scale insects and leave sticky dew. Would need to be quarantined and treated away from your other plants. About 20 years old, could do with repot, bug riddance, prune. Very sad to let go. Currently tied up to hold up.
