clothes for new college student (Mountlake Terrace)

Hi neighbors,
My godson just got accepted into Yale on a full ride to study biochemistry and music. Unfortunately, the family has no money for a new wardrobe. Imagine moving from southern California to Connecticut! Some friends had warm coats and scarves for him and I am trying to find warm slacks and warm sweaters that he can layer. Gloves and a warm hat too. He wears a men's large shirt and slacks 32x34 or 34x34. He's 6'4". He likes simple classic clothes. If you have pieces gathering dust, We'd love to come pick them up.
