treadmill (Ellesmere port)

I've got nerve damage caused from a serious domestic abuse relationship I've recently managed to escape from. I'm struggling to move one leg, I'm gaining weight and unable to exercise to lose it. After walking my leg pain is unbearable so going outside is a risk as I will be stuck somewhere in agony so I'm hoping to find something to help me indoors x
