water cooler/ice machine (Montgomery)

this item is a year old now, stopped producing ice after we lost power to home. not sure why it stopped as I could still get cold water out of it. i have no time to investigate into this issue. I work overnight shift in New Windsor we can meet there or in Montgomery. Thank you.
