IKEA metal day bed frame with mattress (no bed linen)
There are a couple of missing slats (due to over-enthusiastic jumping children, if I remember correctly) that I've replaced with some suitably-sized bits of wood, so it's perfectly serviceable, especially if you put those at the head end.
The mattress is a deep one and pretty comfortable, although it's a fair few years old and, as you can see, could do with a patch on one corner.
