Paperback cookery book titled 'The Art of Turkish Cookery'. Brand new condition, never ever used. Loads of really lovely meals and colourful pics too, more geared to someone already experienced in cooking Turkish food or someone who has the time, patience and ambition to take their time creating something new in the kitchen. I don't fit into either of those categories. The book contains everything from Turkish Hors D'oeuvres right the way through a full menu to the Turkish coffees and teas, you name it, it's got it, Speedy collection appreciated.
