Handmade Crockery Set (Newhaven BN9)

This handmade and characterful crockery set is looking for a new home. I created it during my pottery apprenticeship few decades ago and the set is till holding strong. I made all the moulds myself and did the painting and glazing by hand. The design is from the pottery studio where I trained, and it can still be found online if you would like to add more pieces in future.

The glaze is intact, although there is some internal crazing which is normal for handmade pottery. The set can be dishwashered (although the biggest serving plate will not fit) and should last long time but if washed by hand there is no limit how long it will last

I am parting with it as it is quite heavy and difficult for me to manage now due to my disability. I also need the kitchen space for my new dog’s food and supplies.

The set includes:
• 6 dinner plates
• 6 soup bowls
• 6 side plates
• 2 serving platters
• 1 display bowl

(if you would like any, I also have a small ceramic lasagne/fish pie baking dish, egg holder and kidney shaped dish and metal cupcake stand, pictured)

Please bring a sturdy box or container when collecting, as the set is quite heavy and I have nothing to pack it with, a plastic bag or amazon box might not be good enough as the set is heavy.
