Neck and Shoulder Wrap (Japantown, San Jose)

Rice-filled hot/cold therapy wrap. It used to smell like lavender, but doesn't have much scent anymore. (You could probably add some essential oil to it, if desired.) Heat it in the microwave or cool it in the freezer. Gaiam brand.
