Pink Feather Bustle - Dressing Up/Dance/Carnival? (Littleover DE23)

Feather Bustle which ties around the waist with a black ribbon, and extends down the back to approximately knee-level. Feather train extends about 45 cm down from the waist. It's of the style of the first photo, but the colour is more like the second ("Baby pink"). I've used photos from the internet to show what it's like - I found it far too difficult to take a picture of the actual item!
