petrol strimmer / brushcutter / hedge trimmer needs service (Breadstone GL13)

hello,

The petrol pipes into the tank had perished so i replaced them. it runs but does not keep going.
this was a second one i had so is not used much. The choke lever is snapped so pliers needed to pull it out (been like that since just after i got it.
make wise i think its a lidl's central isle job. all 3 section's to go with it
