Epson printer (Peachcroft OX14)

Epson XP 6105 inkjet printer and scanner. Printhead has a fault I can't fix, I think I damaged it trying to clean it. Has worked perfectly up to now. Be aware that the fault means the rest of the printer functions generally can't be used because the fault alert blocks everything. A skilled person may be able to fix the printhead or replace it. Comes with most cartridges installed at various fill levels, see photo.
