These may be too tired for anyone to want them but just in case...
I've soaked and gently hand washed the foam padding. Unfortunately the fabric on top of the padding has come off on one and about to come off on the other. Also, one pad has one of the two elastic straps missing.
The hard plastic front can come off for easy cleaning.
