Pair of speakers (Harrogate HG2)

These are Royd Minstral speakers. They were decent speakers in their time. The connection on the back of one has been broken - see second photo. I don't know if that is mendable. I don't know if it is possible just to use one on its own. I don't know if there is anything else wrong with them.
