Small bicycle (Hitchin area, SG4)

I'm offering a small (child or teenager) bicycle that, although largely complete, has definitely seen better days. Although it's a restoration project, once completed it would make a very decent bike either for road, off-road purposes or any similar activity. It has been spray-painted gold throughout, but this can either be removed or over-painted. Well worth the effort!
