Nordic Trac Treadmill (Accord, NY)

Purchased in 2019, barely used
Gifted to me as working, but I can’t get it to turn on. Have not troubleshot except to plug it in. Probably an easy fix for someone handy.
This is a serious machine. Need 2 or 3 people and a truck.
