Nordic Track Treadmill (Accord, NY)

Purchased in 2019, barely used
Gifted to me as working, but I can’t get it to turn on. Have not troubleshot except to plug it in. Maybe there is an off/on button, but just don’t want it anymore. Probably an easy fix for someone handy.
