Concrete garden ornament / water feature (heavy) (Wood Farm OX3)

Maiden with water jug garden ornament. Needs a clean up / paint. I think this was designed to be a water feature, as there is an inlet pipe to the rear and I assume that the jug is the outlet. This is 50 cms high and heavy - 10+ kilos.
