Seeking a Free Unlocked Phone – Not Giving Items Away, Please Read Carefully

Hi Neighbors,

I’m kindly asking if anyone has a free unlocked phone they no longer need. I recently applied for a free government phone, but only received the SIM card — no device. Unfortunately, I’m currently not working and can’t afford to buy a phone, but I really need one to activate the SIM card for personal use and job searching.

If you’re nearby I can pick up walking I’m located in (Lower East Side, 10002, Delancey Street & Columbia Street)
