Electric bike: needs plenty repairs (Hebden Bridge HX7)

Retro-fit electric bike. Medium size frame, was fine for me at 5'10". Bike was originally branded carnielli; motor and battery were retrofitted professionally about 10 years ago.

This is definitely a "project" for someone.
Used for years as a commuting bike, and therefore somewhat battle scarred, this bike has a simple setup of a front hub, rear battery and trigger-activated controller. Only one output power setting (on or off); holding the trigger down gives power; releasing the trigger switches it off. Also features 3 speed sturmey archer gears, adjustable stem, and completely unpuncturable rubber wheels. The battery is removable, see pictures, and the charger is functioning. Looking at it, I would replace the entire front disk brake system, as they are of an old design and probably ought to be replaced with something better.

Stopped using it a few years ago when the battery effectiveness and therefore range declined for no obvious reason; we never worked out why; the cells were replaced, tested and appeared healthy.

Had a decent go at fixing it up recently - so we took the pedals etc off to clean it. I have a new chain, replacement sturmey archer gear cable, etc. But, as a consequence, the brakes are off, chain is off, pedals are off, etc ... it needs reassembling.

Take the lot please, not bits and pieces, and be prepared for some work to get to a functioning bike.
