Foil balloons for kids' party (SE13)

Would anyone be interested in foil balloons for children's party? We have been inflating the balloon with an electric pump and have used them over the years but the design have now outgrown for the not-so-little one. It used to be filled with helium but we have just used normal electric pump when in use.
