Smart Phone, unlocked (Chandler/Gilbert Rd 85225)

My homeless friend needs a phone so she can use Text Now/WiFi calling services. She is trying to find work to pay for her motel stay, but the Obama phone she had was cut off. It doesn't allow these services.
