Cabinet with pull out table (Staveley LA8)

This is a handy piece of furniture that would be great newly painted. We got it for free with this painting on, so don't know what the symbols mean. Someone previously has put a lot of attention into it. I can leave in my porch in Staveley near Kendal for someone to collect when suits them
