Gardening tools (Baldock)

Please is anyone giving away gardening tools. Specifically tools I can use to cut excess weed in a backyard. My lawnmower seems to be faulty and the weed keeps growing every passing day so I need to cut them. Thank you, I’d really appreciate it.
