Galvanised dolly bin adapted for a twirly washing line (Central Lancaster LA1)

This galvanised dolly bin has a washing line socket set in concrete in it, so that plants can be grown around it. Please take the washing line too. The dolly bin is heavy, so if you want it, be prepared for that! If you want to remove some or all of the soil to make it lighter to move, that would be ok. It will only have to be moved about 5 metres to where a vehicle could be parked in the ginnel for loading. Please say when you can come for it.
