X2 ceiling lights with tubes (Yardley, B25, Birmingham)

These two ceiling lights which look like the type you'd normally get in an office or commercial building are available. I'm not sure whether or not the tubes work as they were being stored when we moved in.
They're about 148cm by about 20cm. Looks like they're normally hung using cables or something similar, which I haven't located yet.
