Unfortunately the tent leaked on us in quite heavy Lake District wind and rain last summer, so as all-weather campers we had to get a replacement. But it would be fine for dry use and probably light rain/drizzle.
One of the joints on the awning is a bit loose but it's always stayed up fine for us.
It's quite heavy and bulky so you'll want a car. Located in Queen Edith's, or I could deliver locally.
