I am renovating this property and the previous tenants have left this.
Unfortunately I did not have opportunity to take measurements.
The roof will need some DIY repairing.
You will need to come and dismantle the item.
Window of collection is between 8am and 8pm, 4th June, 5th June and 6th June.
