Cart Wheels (Cloverhill 3)

I was wondering if anyone could put these cart wheels to good use. I forget what they came off of but I can't find it in the house so I am wondering if it went with something I got rid of. The wheels are about 5" across and the bolt look like 1/2" but I included pictures with the measurements just in case.

I will pick someone in a day or two and will leave them in the driveway or porch.
