Natuzzi Italian leather couch (Broadview)

Leather is worn and there is a medium sized rip in one of the cushions, which are not removable (see photo). We just had a blanket across the seat.
Approx. measures - 86" wide x 36" deep x 34" tall
Comes from a non-smoking home (residents don't smoke either) with a cat.
We would like it to go by this weekend as we have a new one arriving.
