You put the used nappy into the top of the bin and twist. It gets wrapped and sealed in a polythene bag. The unit holds 30 nappies. Refills widely available in shops or online. Particularly useful for new babies in flats as it stores the nappies until you can put them in refuse bin. Hygienic. Unfortunately it doesn’t change the nappy for you!
