Circline 30cm fluorescent tube 32W daylight (Beaconsfield HP9)

As shown in pics. Unused, as it was too cold a light for the room.
The pin carrier moves around (can't remember if this is a feature of the fitting) but both heaters measure 4 ohms so still connected.
