This was an expensive piece and is sturdy enough to dance on or use as a work table.

The top has some superficial scratches. They could easily be fixed with sanding and waxing, Minwax or similar.
Pickup is on Riverside Drive in Inwood. Elevator building. Fourth floor. You'll need two strong people to move it.
