Queen size bed with upgraded mattress (for a hide-a-bed). Couch is leather and in pretty good shape. No tears or major wear spots.

Comes from a non-smoking home (residents don't smoke either) with a cat.
We would like it to go by this weekend as we have a new one arriving.
