Tomato plants/ sweet pea (Hayes UB3)

I have not been able to sow any of my annuals this year due to circumstances. if you have any spare tomato plants ,fragrant annual sweet pea plants, especially, and then any other spare veg plants or flowering annuals that it is too late for me to start sowing this would be a great help. Thank you.
